Day 1-Â Jacque Tries Out the Lusid Curl Defining Creme Gel for the First Time.
Take care when opening your Lusid Lusid Curl Defining Creme Gel tin as it can easily spill out if opened on an angle due to the jelly consistency. Make sure you apply to wet hair. This makes it easier to manipulate the hair and easier to distribute the product evenly throughout your hair. The water will help to activate the product allowing to penetrate into the hair shaft and lock in the moisture. It will also reduce frizz and flyaway and will smooth out the cuticles to allow for a smoother, shinier appearance.Â
Jacque, having low porosity hair, faces a challenge where the tightly closed cuticles make it difficult for moisture to penetrate the hair shaft. To help open the cuticles and promote moisture absorption, we recommend washing with warm water. This not only aids in opening the hair cuticles but also stimulates blood flow to the scalp, promoting healthy hair growth. Due to Jacque's low porosity hair, she can be more generous with styling products.
However, it's important to start with a small amount of product and gradually add more as needed. It's easier to add more product, but using an excessive amount can make removal difficult.
